An incredible bassplayer who has performed with Mike since the mid 90s in Lip Service and Big Eyed Beans From Venus, Drew Frink wasn't able to join the Mike Beck CD recording sessions near Chicago. Instead, audio files were sent to Drew over the internet. He then recorded his bass part for Johnny Y. at his own Midcoast Studios in Ogden, Utah, then sent the finished bass recording back to Producer Andy Sabin over the internet. Drew is also an accomplished mandolinist, guitarist, saxophonist, and songwriter. He graduated from Yale University's Music Compostion program in 199? and will be on tour with Big Eyed Beans From Venus this Fall in Holland and Germany from November 10 through November 24.
